As you know we have been customers of yours for almost two years. The navigational tools you have provided for our retail furniture company dramatically changed the way we conduct business. For example, our deliverymen are paid hourly. Therefore, with your weekly report I can calculate their overtime to the minute. Recently, one of our drivers who parks the truck in a secure lot by his home decided to use the truck after hours for personal errands.
